Dosage

We recommend taking 2 SL-NAD+ discs daily for the first 2 weeks to raise depleted NAD levels. After this, reduce to 1 wafer per day.

How to use

Rinse your mouth, place disc under the tongue and allow it to dissolve. Avoid swallowing for as long as possible at least until the wafer is fully dissolved. Do not consume food or drink within 5-10 minutes of taking the disc. Take 1-2 discs daily or as recommended by your physician.
