Ordering and payment
You can place an order for our NAD+ supplements through our website. We accept payment through a variety of methods. By placing an order, you agree to pay the full amount due for the order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. NAD2GO reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Shipping and delivery
We will ship your order to the address you provide during the checkout process. We make every effort to ship orders promptly using a local courier service and all delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control. Next day refers to the next working day and does not include weekends. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Returns and refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our NAD+ supplements. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund whilst also specifying the reason. We will provide instructions for returning the product and issue a refund once we receive the returned product. We do not provide refunds for shipping fees or handling fees. Our NAD+ supplements are intended for use as a dietary supplement. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
