Shipping policy

Order processing:
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. We do not ship on Saturday and Sunday.

UK delivery:
We aim to deliver within 1-2 working days across the UK. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Unfortunately, we do not ship on Saturday and Sundays.

Shipping costs and Customs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method and destination. International orders (when available) may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
